 MCC Aviation (Pty) Ltd, originally started as a means to transfer staff and parts to various mining sites at short notice. The MCC Group invested in both fixed wing and rotor-wing aircraft, supporting various industries. The MCC Group is also recognised as the leading plant hire equipment supplier to both Civil Engineering and Earthmoving industries in Southern Africa. MCC Plant Hire and Earthworks are now listed on the JSE as part of EQSTRA Holdings
The same philosophy has been applied to MCC Aviation, who now own and operate a fleet
of eleven aircraft. We are a licensed operator having complied with the SA CAA and the
International Licensing Council’s requirements to operate our fleet commercially. We are one
of the few companies in the charter industry who can boast part 121, 127 and 135 licences,
allowing us to operate large, medium and small aircraft as well as helicopters. Besides the eight
company owned aircraft, we also manage various other aircraft on behalf of private owners
enabling us to offer a more versatile fleet catering for all needs and group sizes.
 MCC Aviation, based at Lanseria International Airport, owns it’s own 2000sqm hangar that hosts it’s own training and maintenance facilities. Our offices in the main terminal building serve as an administrative centre and departure lounge for the convenience of our passengers. The offices are open daily from Monday to Friday during business hours and telephones are manned after hours to ensure continuity and customer service at all times.
As a result, our fleet of aeroplanes and helicopters are meticulously maintained to the highest standards demanded by the manufacturers. All maintenance work is carried out by fully qualified, authorised service agents, approved by the aircraft manufacturer and in accordance with standards set out by the Civil Aviation Authority.

We offer the full charter spectrum of VIP, corporate, leisure, tourist and scenic flights.

 MCC Aviation’s steadily expanding fixed-wing fleet is spearheaded by our fifteen seat Gulfstream IIB Inter Continental Corporate Jet with a eight hour range endurance. We are expanding this capability with the addition of another Gulfstream in the near future. A smaller seven seat Learjet 25 is also available for shorter routes. Support is provided by two Cessna 402 twin piston aircraft for access to short and un-tarred runways and for specific client applications. Our fixed-wing aircraft operate from Lanseria International Airport for the convenience of our international passengers.
